At Cakebite.in, we are dedicated to delivering your cakes and flowers with care and punctuality across India. Our shipping policy below outlines the steps we take to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience when you place an order with us.

Delivery Time Slots

We provide same-day delivery with the following available time slots:

• 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM: Early Morning Delivery – ₹150 extra delivery charge
• 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Standard Delivery – No additional shipping fees
• 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM: Standard Delivery – No additional shipping fees
• 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Standard Delivery – No additional shipping fees
• 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Midnight Delivery – ₹250 extra delivery charge

General Shipping Information

• Same-Day Delivery: To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed at least 3 hours before the selected time slot.
• Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away, ensuring that your items are freshly prepared and delivered during the chosen time slot.
• Delivery Areas: We deliver to major cities throughout India. At checkout, please enter your delivery pin code to verify service availability in your area.
• Maximum Service Level Agreement (SLA): In the rare case that same-day delivery is not feasible, we guarantee that the order will be delivered within 5 days of the order date at the latest.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: No additional shipping costs apply for deliveries scheduled between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Additional Delivery Charges: An extra fee of ₹150 will be charged for deliveries scheduled during early morning (7:00 AM to 9:00 AM) or midnight (11:00 PM to 12:00 AM) slots.

Special Instructions

If you have any specific delivery requests (e.g., leave the package with a neighbor), please provide them during checkout.

For high-demand occasions (such as holidays or festivals), we advise placing your orders in advance to secure your preferred delivery time slot.
